Shrina graduated from Kings College London (2009) and undertook numerous roles in oral and maxillofacial surgery across London and the South East, including University College London, Great Ormond Street, The Eastman Dental Institute and Guys Dental Hospital. She completed specialist oral surgery training and was awarded the Certificate of Completion and entry on the specialist list with the General Dental Council in 2016. Shrina currently works as a Consultant Oral Surgeon at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. She has also completed a Masters in Health and Medical Education with distinction from the University of Hertfordshire, is a clinical advisor to the General Dental Council and examines at the Royal College of Surgeons. She is a member of the British Association of Oral Surgery and has a number of publications in peer reviewed articles as well as authoring a chapter in a published book by the British Dental Association.

Shrina has experience and a special interest in managing patients with complex medical problems and very anxious patients. She is particularly adept at putting nervous patients at ease with her friendly yet calming nature and is able to provide conscious sedation on request for any of our patients for their dental treatment.
