We are very happy to accommodate disabled patients to Geans Clinic. Access to most areas is easy, since we are on the ground floor. A ramp is available for wheelchair entry.

Geans Clinic also has designated reserved parking for patients visiting the practice. So, you can focus entirely on your appointment and not worry about where to leave your vehicle.

Should you have a dental emergency outside normal practice hours, please telephone the surgery number to check the emergency contact number on the answering machine.

Weekends are covered by our emergency rota and you may not see your usual dentist, but you can be assured that help is always at hand.

During practice hours, we endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency at the earliest opportunity.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a charge may be made.

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with our practice policy. If you would like a copy of our practice confidentiality policy, please contact our practice manager.

Should you require a copy of your dental records held at Geans Clinic please advise our practice manager, who will be happy to help.

Whilst we are not an NHS practice, we do however maintain a voluntary FOI publication scheme giving further information about our practice.
